Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential investments in technology, consumer, healthcare, financial services, and business services sectors.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, perform valuations, and craft investment cases.
• Lead commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence with top-tier advisers.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support deal execution throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with portfolio company leaders on strategic projects and growth initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and uncover opportunities to enhance value.
• Engage in deal origination, market analysis, and networking across the European market.

Candidate Profile

• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or management consulting with substantial transaction exposure.
• Strong abilities in financial modelling and valuation assessment.
• Excellent analytical thinking paired with sound commercial judgment.
• A pronounced enthusiasm for investing in rapidly growing companies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort engaging directly with entrepreneurs, founders, and senior leaders.
• Fluent in both German and English languages.
