Job Purpose

As a Houseperson at Pullman Bunker Bay, you will be a pivotal member of the Housekeeping Team, actively supporting room attendants and public area attendants. Your role involves swiftly delivering guest requests, supplying linens and amenities to room attendants, and managing the collection of used linens for laundering. Your adaptability and willingness to assist ensure seamless operations and contribute to guests' enjoyable stays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promptly address and prioritize guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms.
• Collaborate effectively with housekeeping teammates to ensure timely completion of duties.
• Collect used linens from guest rooms and transport them to designated laundry areas.
• Provide assistance with cleaning guest rooms and public areas upon request.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, respect guest privacy and security, and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
• Offer a welcoming presence to guests, assisting with questions and providing detailed information about property amenities and features.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and efficient time management while taking pride in assigned tasks.
• Enjoy a physically active role that requires navigating internal and external staircases, open pathways, and operating heavy trolleys and equipment.
• Work well in a diverse team environment with colleagues from various backgrounds.
• Possess reliable transportation and be available for shifts including weekends and public holidays.
