Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping team, your key duty involves ensuring guest rooms are meticulously clean and presentable, attending to every detail. Besides maintaining high cleanliness standards, you will collaborate effectively with colleagues and assist guests as needed to enhance their overall experience, ensuring guests leave with fond memories of attentive hospitality.

Key Duties

• Deep clean guest rooms including linen changes, bathroom cleaning, and surface wiping to maintain an outstanding appearance
• Follow established protocols carefully to meet our exacting standards
• Organize and replenish housekeeping trolleys to ensure readiness and efficiency
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and comply with safety measures to maintain a secure environment
• Honor guest privacy and security to provide comfort and trust
• Promptly communicate any maintenance issues to uphold quality service

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous
• Possess a friendly and inviting communication manner that makes guests and team members feel comfortable
• Have a sharp eye for detail, manage time well, and demonstrate pride in completing duties efficiently
• Enjoy physical activity as the role involves moving between rooms, including use of stairs and open corridors
• Welcome working with a diverse team
• Have reliable transportation and availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
