W Hotels is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to oversee the quality standards of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and pool areas to verify adherence to cleanliness and quality standards after housekeeping services.
  • Manage sold room reports, confirm room statuses, identify discrepant rooms, and prioritize cleaning schedules for departing guests.
  • Support housekeeping management in overseeing daily operations and coordinating inter-departmental efforts with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
  • Address and resolve issues related to discrepant rooms in collaboration with the Front Desk.
