About Firetrol Protection Systems
Established in 1984, Firetrol stands as a nationwide leader in fire protection and life safety services. We are currently recruiting for an Administrative professional at our district office located in Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate badging applications in line with customer-specific badge requirements
- Coordinate and manage the collection of employees' timesheets
- Undertake various administrative tasks tailored to customer needs
- Input accurate time entries for payroll processing
- Provide telephone support and deliver excellent customer service
- Perform additional duties as necessary to aid business operations
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven interpersonal skills fostering positive relationships with clients and coworkers
- Capability to handle multiple assignments and adapt to shifting priorities

Preferred Experience
