Position Overview - Flagger

This full-time, on-site role requires reporting to the Allentown, PA yard before heading to work locations. The role demands dedication to orchestrating the safe flow of traffic and protecting both workers and pedestrians around construction zones. TES welcomes applicants without prior highway experience, offering entry-level flagging training and advanced courses to enhance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around construction sites.
• Keep vigilant monitoring of site conditions and promptly report any safety hazards or irregularities to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to maintain seamless site operations.
• Maintain consistent communication within the team about traffic patterns and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Effective communication abilities for directing traffic and coordinating team activities.
• Capacity to work safely and attentively in diverse weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
