Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Dishwasher position involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness while adhering to strict sanitation standards. Key duties include:

• Operating the dishwashing machine efficiently
• Monitoring proper rinse and wash water temperatures
• Managing dish chemicals correctly, including changing water
• Organizing and setting up dish racks appropriately
• Removing and disposing of trash regularly
• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Demonstrating effective teamwork with kitchen staff

Compensation and Benefits

Employees are compensated weekly. After one year of service, eligible Roadies receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
