About the Role

Join Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd as a Field Recruiter located in Hosapete, India, where you'll play an integral role in expanding the workforce of delivery executives critical to our logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and hire Delivery Executives (Two-Wheeler Riders) through hands-on field recruitment including job fairs, referrals, social media engagements, and local promotional campaigns.
• Organize and manage walk-in recruitment drives and other field-related hiring initiatives near delivery hub locations.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interview schedules, oversee document verification, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Establish connections with local colleges, training centers, community groups, and referral agencies to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Meet or exceed defined weekly and monthly recruitment targets to support operational needs.
• Maintain thorough recruitment records and update hiring progress on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with Hub Managers and Recruitment Leads to accurately fulfill manpower demands.

Candidate Profile

• Open to fresh graduates as well as professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or gig economy hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities necessary for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Capacity to work extensively in the field and travel across designated recruitment areas.
• Focus on achieving targets paired with strong negotiation skills.
• Education requirement: any graduate degree.
• Open to both male and female applicants.

Additional Information

Salary range offered is between 225000 and 375000 INR annually. This position requires close field work supporting India's foremost e-commerce logistics network.
