About the Role

UNO MINDA is seeking a Deputy Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations at their Shirur, India facility. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including contract labor, workforce planning, and payroll.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage contract labor, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.
Engage effectively with stakeholders to address HR-related matters.
Manage manpower resources to support organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and statutory regulations.
Handle wage administration and related financial aspects of HR.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Shirur, India.
