About the Role
UNO MINDA is seeking a Deputy Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations at their Shirur, India facility. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including contract labor, workforce planning, and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage contract labor, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders to address HR-related matters.
- Manage manpower resources to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle wage administration and related financial aspects of HR.
