Role Overview
We seek a Creative Marketing Manager to spearhead the evolution of creative production within performance marketing, integrating AI as a fundamental component. This role focuses on overhauling the entire creative development pipeline—from initial idea generation to testing and scaling winning concepts—aiming to capitalize on AI-native systems that redefine competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Transform customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data into creative hypotheses for testing.
- Leverage AI tools to revolutionize idea generation, validation, and creative production processes.
- Collaborate closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth, and Product teams to pilot and expand new creative concepts.
- Analyze advertising results beyond standard metrics like CTR and CAC to derive actionable improvements.
- Continuously investigate and experiment with diverse ad formats, narrative angles, and storytelling approaches.
