Overview

The Country Manager will oversee all operational, technical, and sales functions within the country to drive business growth, operational effectiveness, and profitability on behalf of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a strategic regional business plan focused on growth, executable sales, and brand positioning.
Lead and develop the local Quality Evaluation (QE) team in business management and personnel development.
Collaborate with senior leadership to share resources and insights.
Make management and strategic decisions that enhance business results.
Prepare ambitious yet achievable budgets and business plans.
Represent the company as the brand ambassador to customers and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of market and competitors to identify growth opportunities, including new services and acquisitions.
Ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with company guidelines.
Support international sales activities.
Control costs while maintaining sales and service standards.
Deliver consistent service based on customer feedback.
Implement standard group processes related to IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Finance with appropriate controls.
Uphold the highest ethical standards per company Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Promote a safe workplace and foster a culture of safety.
Identify, develop, coach, and promote talents within the team.
Manage financial aspects including backlog, accounts receivable, cash flow, and days sales outstanding, ensuring KPIs are met.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university or comparable business/quality-related experience.
At least seven years of relevant experience in the industry.
Possession of required certifications or licenses specific to specialization.
Experience with management systems certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L).

Understanding of company-specific Quality Evaluations Business Assurance System.
Fluency in both local language and English.

Preferred Qualifications

A graduate degree in business is advantageous.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Vice President or President of ABS Quality Evaluations (QE). May have direct reports who are individual contractors.
