Job Overview

Primary Duties

• Edit language for books and extended content pieces
• Revise manuscripts adhering to Chicago Manual of Style standards
• Implement APA and AMA citation formats accurately
• Ensure content is grammatically correct and clear for readers
• Work closely with authors and production teams to refine texts
• Deliver high-quality editing within project timelines

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in copy or language editing
• In-depth familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style
• Knowledge of APA and AMA citation styles
• Background in editing academic and scholarly books
• Strong command of English grammar and effective communication abilities
