Pay and benefits

The advertised pay rate is £12.81 per hour. Role summary

You will work as part of the pub team to prepare and serve food and drinks accurately, keep service running smoothly, and maintain strong standards of cleanliness, safety and customer care. The pub operates early mornings through late nights, so flexible shift availability is available across mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

Key duties

• Take orders and prepare, pour and serve drinks to the required specification, both at the bar and through the customer app.
• Deliver food to guests, complete check-backs, and clear plates within the expected timeframe.
• Provide warm, attentive service by greeting customers, thanking them and building a friendly rapport.
• Stay up to date on promotions, events and new product offerings.
• Follow the clean-as-you-go approach by clearing tables, wiping surfaces and completing toilet checks.
• Support all parts of the pub operation, including glass washing, fridge restocking, clearing floors and the beer garden, and other tasks as needed.
