About the Role

We are seeking a passionate baker to join our Fresh Food team at Woolworths Group in Neerabup, Western Australia. This position involves early morning shifts with the advantage of afternoons free, allowing you to contribute your baking expertise to create beloved products for the local community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality baked goods daily, using your baking skills to meet community expectations.
• Adhere to the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to foster positive customer experiences.
• Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards by ensuring workstations are clean, well-organized, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team by promoting wellbeing, resilience, and a culture of shared achievements.
• Continuously develop your baking and leadership skills by embracing curiosity and initiative.
• Effectively perform under pressure, managing the physical demands and tight deadlines typical of a busy bakery environment.

Requirements

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

The roster for this role is from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 3:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM.
