Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with over 6 years in the field to spearhead automation strategies, framework creation, and quality engineering efforts across various applications and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead automation strategies and frameworks using best industry practices.
Utilize tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and enterprise-grade API automation platforms.
Implement and promote CI/CD pipelines, DevOps integration, and Continuous Testing to speed up release cycles and enhance product quality.
Oversee automation coverage spanning UI, API, mobile, integration, and regression tests.
Coach and guide automation teams, uphold quality benchmarks, and enforce governance and best practices for automation.
Incorporate AI-enabled testing methods to boost testing efficiency, coverage, productivity, and quality.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years experience in automation testing leadership roles.
Proficiency in designing automation frameworks and scripting with various automation tools.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous testing methodologies.
Ability to mentor teams and establish standards for automation quality.
Experience with AI-driven testing tools and techniques is a plus.
