Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with over 6 years in the field to spearhead automation strategies, framework creation, and quality engineering efforts across various applications and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead automation strategies and frameworks using best industry practices.
- Utilize tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and enterprise-grade API automation platforms.
- Implement and promote CI/CD pipelines, DevOps integration, and Continuous Testing to speed up release cycles and enhance product quality.
- Oversee automation coverage spanning UI, API, mobile, integration, and regression tests.
- Coach and guide automation teams, uphold quality benchmarks, and enforce governance and best practices for automation.
- Incorporate AI-enabled testing methods to boost testing efficiency, coverage, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience in automation testing leadership roles.
- Proficiency in designing automation frameworks and scripting with various automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous testing methodologies.
- Ability to mentor teams and establish standards for automation quality.
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and techniques is a plus.
