Job Summary
Support the Hotel Manager in managing daily administrative tasks and assist the HR leadership in handling daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining high employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle secretarial duties such as composing general correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate tasks independently by liaising with Departmental Managers as needed.
- Organize and schedule office and executive meetings along with Hotel Manager appointments.
- Accurately record minutes and transcribe dictations from the Hotel Manager.
- Manage reception activities for guests visiting the Hotel Manager.
- Help coordinate awards, recognition programs, and related employee engagement activities.
- Assist with planning and executing monthly and annual associate functions.
- Maintain Club B2 facilities including notice boards, locker rooms, cafeteria, lounge, gym, and other staff amenities.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the department.
