Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled WalkMe Developer to join our team in Noida. This role involves designing, creating, and maintaining various WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) elements such as Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and ShoutOuts to improve user engagement and adoption. The successful candidate will contribute to Learning Design & Development services, configure WalkMe for onboarding and automation, develop personalized user experiences, and train clients on the WalkMe platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP components to boost user engagement.
- Participate in delivering Learning Design and Development services to customers.
- Configure the WalkMe platform to support application onboarding, process automation, and enable self-service support.
- Create segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe to deliver tailored user experiences.
- Provide training to client teams on the WalkMe platform usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and product owners to devise WalkMe solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience specifically with WalkMe, alongside 5+ years working with any Digital Adoption Platform in development or implementation roles.
- Certified WalkMe Developer with DAP100 professional certification.
- Practical experience developing WalkMe solutions across multiple platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments efficiently.
- Align WalkMe content development with instructional design best practices to support training efforts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to diverse cultures and organizational levels.
- Customer-centric approach with a detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
