Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers. As a Waiter or Waitress, your primary role is to deliver professional and courteous service to guests, creating memorable dining experiences. Your duties will encompass the following:

• Execute all tasks necessary to serve food and beverages in line with the hotel's performance standards manual.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and serve them courteously and attentively.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the assigned outlet's food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
• Continuously monitor and ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing and resolving any complaints or inquiries satisfactorily.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld within the outlet and that all service equipment is well maintained.
• Manage all service preparations before, during, and after service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage during service operations.
• Employ upselling techniques actively to surpass guest expectations and enhance revenue.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in hospitality or have undergone vocational training in food & beverage. Prior experience working as a Waiter or Waitress in a busy, high-volume restaurant environment is required. Strong command of the English language is essential, along with excellent guest service skills and interpersonal abilities.
