Voice Agent - US Non-IT Staffing

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Voice Agent supporting a US non-IT staffing team. The role is based in Hyderabad/ Secunderabad, Telangana, and requires working from the office in a night shift setup. The employer is seeking someone with a strong background in voice-based communication, US client and candidate interaction, and fast-paced staffing operations.

What You Will Do

• Place outbound calls to candidates in the US regarding relevant job opportunities.
• Answer incoming calls and handle candidate questions in a professional manner.
• Maintain a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients through prompt communication.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and productivity.

Required Background

• At least 5 years of experience in US non-IT staffing with substantial voice process exposure.
• Excellent spoken communication skills are essential.
• Strong command of objection handling is mandatory.
• Good understanding of the US recruitment process and staffing workflow.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM systems, and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with negotiation and relationship-building ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Work Details

This is a full-time, onsite role in Hyderabad (work from office). The shift is at night.
