Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Assembler to become part of our SMART Knoxfield team. This permanent full-time position works Monday to Friday, with overtime paid after 38 hours, and offers weekends off. The role suits individuals with a light mechanical background, preferably experienced in collision repairs or comparable industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Reassemble vehicles adhering to established processes and documentation.
- Perform light mechanical tasks as necessary.
- Test and assess vehicle reassemblies to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles following process standards.
- Provide support to workshop colleagues with various additional tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in vehicle assembly or light mechanical roles is essential.
- Prior exposure to collision repairs or related industries is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
- A safety-focused mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must hold full Australian work rights.
