Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Bogger Operator to become part of the underground mining team at the Snowy River Gold Mine. This role demands a safety-conscious individual capable of operating in a dynamic, underground environment while meeting production objectives and upholding stringent safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) equipment in an underground setting safely and efficiently.
• Transport ore and waste material from underground work areas.
• Maintain adherence to production timelines and fulfill daily targets.
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and prepare reports on machinery condition.
• Report potential hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with ventilation tasks, roadway maintenance, and other underground operational activities when needed.
• Comply fully with all safety protocols, regulatory policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with mining personnel including miners, truck operators, service teams, and supervisory staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience operating underground boggers or LHD machinery in hard rock mining conditions.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated dedication to health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace.
• Willingness and ability to work on rotating shift patterns, including night shifts.
• Strong communication capabilities and teamwork orientation.
