Telesales Executive - Banking Inbound Process

Role Overview

This opening is for a telesales executive in a banking inbound voice process based in Noida. The position suits candidates who enjoy customer interaction, want to work in a structured BPO environment, and are comfortable handling service conversations with opportunities for upselling banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming banking-related customer calls and assist with their questions.
• Share clear, correct information and help resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward strong customer satisfaction and consistent service quality.
• Spot opportunities to suggest additional banking products or services through upselling and cross-selling.
• Record call details accurately in CRM and other tracking systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be graduates from non-technical streams only, such as B.Com, BBA, BA, or B.Sc Non-IT.
• Candidates with B.Tech, BE, MCA, or BCA (IT) backgrounds are not eligible.
• Both freshers and experienced professionals can be considered.
• Strong communication ability in English and Hindi is required.
