Program Overview
This position offers graduates a comprehensive foundation of technical expertise along with practical experience while fully immersing them in our company culture and guiding principles. Through a structured 18-month rigorous development plan, trainees gain valuable exposure, build confidence, and develop the capabilities necessary to assume real responsibilities. Graduates completing this program will be prepared to enter defined roles and contribute meaningfully to the business immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a hands-on, self-directed learning experience aimed at mastering the theory, principles, and operation of packaging equipment throughout the Packaging Hall.
- Participate in packaging-related projects aligned with program objectives and brewery priorities.
- Implement VPO principles (Supply Excellence Principles) in daily activities.
- Diagnose both systemic and situational issues and perform troubleshooting effectively.
- Take part in team structures within Packaging, including acting leadership roles where identified.
- Communicate acquired knowledge and solutions across different organizational levels.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (BSc or BTech) or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production Management.
- Have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging environments.
- Hold legal work authorization, preferably full citizenship in the country of employment.
