About EPOS

EPOS, supported by Ant International—a global leader in digital payments and fintech solutions—is a premier provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) digital services. As a core component of Ant International's mission to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs), EPOS serves as the pivotal hub for Antom, its global merchant payment network, offering integrated online-to-offline digital, payment, and banking solutions to help businesses thrive worldwide. With its expanding presence throughout Southeast Asia, EPOS is eager to add passionate and driven professionals to its diverse workforce, aiming to drive impactful change globally.

Role Overview

The Technical Junior Project Manager on the EPOS Rewards team will oversee complete merchant onboarding and solution implementation processes. This role entails end-to-end ownership of product enablement, market intelligence gathering, and managing the team's knowledge infrastructure, going beyond traditional support duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client-facing projects and deliver solutions by steering merchant onboarding from initial assessment to launch and post-launch transition.
  • Serve as the lead contact for merchants throughout project phases, managing deadlines, expectations, and escalation processes.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions after launch to track adoption rates and ensure project success.
  • Provide direct training to merchant users on solution functionalities, campaign operations, and loyalty strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, key account management, and technical divisions to coordinate deliverables effectively.
  • Function as a liaison between commercial teams and product development by interpreting merchant feedback into actionable product enhancements.
  • Manage pilot projects for product upgrades, including developing test plans, documenting readiness, and establishing clear criteria for progression.
  • Oversee a loyalty issue tracker to independently monitor product reliability.
  • Carry out market research on competitors' pricing, feature sets, and customer demographics to guide commercial tactics.
  • Maintain and contribute to the internal knowledge base, ensuring the team meets defined competency levels.
  • Unify merchant onboarding and support tickets across company and partner channels into a consolidated tracking platform.
  • Lead development of an external knowledge base on the EPOS Rewards site to facilitate self-service for merchants and partners.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, including AI-driven workflows, to enhance team productivity and minimize manual reporting.
  • Keep the team informed on the latest EPOS product updates and system enhancements.
  • Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate workflows and reports to increase efficiency.
  • Help establish the team's support escalation protocols and service standards across priority levels.
  • Support the Train-the-Trainer approach by outlining technical loyalty requirements and configuration standards suited to varying implementation complexities.
