Tally Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a proficient Tally Accountant with advanced Excel skills to join our Accounts & Finance team located in Sanganer, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage comprehensive accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver insightful financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities using Tally Prime, including recording purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), GST calculations, and ledger reconciliations accurately.
• Maintain detailed inventory and stock records to support financial operations.
• Manage vendor and customer accounts, including following up on payments.
• Generate daily and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports utilizing Excel.
• Liaise with the Chartered Accountant to ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of B.Com or M.Com degree.
• Accounting experience ranging from 1 to 5 years.
• Mandatory proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and banking processes.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Information

• Salary offered between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
• Working schedule: Monday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 8 PM.
