Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Management: Enhance table games department revenue and profitability by implementing targeted growth strategies while effectively managing operational budgets, personnel costs, labor, and capital expenditures.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of about 40 staff members, ensuring adequate coverage and high operational effectiveness. Oversee team performance aligning with Group's quality benchmarks.
• Guest Relations & Promotion: Foster strong guest loyalty through superior service and engagement. Actively promote casino products, loyalty programs, and services to elevate guest experience.
• Operational & Regulatory Compliance: Independently manage daily table gaming operations with a structured approach to problem-solving. Ensure full compliance with gaming laws, company policies, audits, Responsible Gaming standards, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates thrive in night shifts and bring deep expertise in table games and their regulatory landscape, with at least two years in a table games director role. They are acknowledged leaders with excellent managerial skills and commercial insight and possess a talent for developing their teams.

Additional Information

Salary Range: 200,000 to 260,000 Albanian Lek per month.
