Role Overview
The Store Manager position in Calgary, Alberta is a full-time, on-location role responsible for overseeing all daily activities of the store. The manager leads staff scheduling, upholds superior customer service, maintains store appearance and product presentation, and monitors inventory levels. Key duties include managing cash operations, enforcing retail loss prevention policies, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and health and safety standards.
Additionally, the Store Manager drives sales targets by analyzing store performance metrics and implementing marketing promotions. The role also emphasizes cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere and delivering ongoing training and coaching to staff for professional growth.
