About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Propose forward-thinking solutions intended to strengthen the organization, supported by the formulation and implementation of specific action plans.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience related to software development.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including at least 4 years managing teams in a technical setting.
• Strong background in architectural design, software project delivery, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
