Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and external relationship management.
• Competency in contract negotiation and foundational procurement procedures.
• Experience in recruiting to identify and evaluate candidates for both outsourced and internal roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, or procurement software.
• Keen attention to detail and effective multitasking in a remote work setting.
• Educational background related to business, supply chain, human resources, or similar areas preferred.
• Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, or procurement preferred.
