Role Overview

This part-time position as a Sourcing Specialist at Novo Tempo Terceirização de Serviços operates remotely and centers on the identification, evaluation, and engagement of suppliers and talent to fulfill various service demands.

Key Responsibilities

Perform market research to identify qualified vendors and candidates suitable for company needs.
Analyze and compare proposals from different suppliers and candidates to determine best fit.
Maintain accurate records related to sourcing and procurement activities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and coordinate sourcing efforts effectively.
Manage communication channels with external partners to facilitate smooth engagement.
Support contract negotiation efforts to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Assist in onboarding processes for new suppliers and candidates.
Monitor ongoing supplier performance and contribute to cost and service quality optimization.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong analytical abilities to assess market information, vendor bids, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and external relationship management.
Competency in contract negotiation and foundational procurement procedures.
Experience in recruiting to identify and evaluate candidates for both outsourced and internal roles.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, or procurement software.
Keen attention to detail and effective multitasking in a remote work setting.
Educational background related to business, supply chain, human resources, or similar areas preferred.
Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, or procurement preferred.
