Job Summary
This position involves the design, development, testing, and commissioning of automated material handling systems tailored for industrial equipment manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement PLC programs for automation within assembly lines and warehouse setups.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to embed Siemens PLC solutions into existing manufacturing processes.
- Configure Siemens S7 series Programmable Logic Controllers to optimize material flow and system monitoring.
- Conduct regular maintenance including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure continuous system operations.
Required Qualifications
- Possess 7 to 12 years' experience in industrial automation engineering or comparable fields.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Siemens S7 PLCs and their industrial applications.
- Experience with design, configuration, and commissioning of assembly lines is mandatory.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation and material handling technologies is essential.
