About the Role
Join us in a permanent full-time position as a Network Support Engineer, working flexibly from Dublin or remotely. Eligible applicants include those holding Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, EU citizenship, or Irish citizenship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver support to a diverse client base through secure remote access, addressing network and security incidents from the Dublin Network Operations Centre.
- Provide technical support and manage incidents effectively.
- Handle first- and second-line support, oversee incidents through to resolution, conduct system health checks, and coordinate with vendor support teams, all while adhering to service level agreements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess Aruba ClearPass certification or relevant experience along with other networking credentials such as JNCIA or JNCIP.
- Previous professional experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC), Network Security Operations Centre (NSOC), or a call centre environment.
- Proficient in supporting network and security setups using Juniper and Aruba platforms.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to network and security infrastructures.
