Role Overview

As a Retail Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily functioning of the retail outlet by supporting various operational tasks to ensure smooth store activities and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations in the retail shop to ensure efficient functioning.
• Receive incoming goods and handle loading and unloading tasks carefully.
• Arrange and stock products on shelves, maintaining organized displays.
• Regularly replenish product displays to keep shelves well-stocked and appealing.
• Engage with and support customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the retail area.
• Pack products properly for customers as needed.
• Provide assistance with billing processes when required.
• Organize the stockroom and manage inventory in an orderly manner.
• Verify all deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
