Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive transport planning studies including traffic impact assessments, mobility strategy development, and master planning contributions.
• Create and evaluate transport models, forecast demand, and devise multi-modal transportation options.
• Provide strategic recommendations to master plans ensuring consistency with land use, infrastructure provisions, and phased development.
• Collaborate closely with urban planners, highway teams, infrastructure, and design specialists to achieve cohesive transport solutions.
• Oversee design consultants and scrutinize deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and harmonize transport strategies.
• Assist project teams in addressing and solving complex transport-related issues during design and execution phases.
• Ensure all practices uphold sustainability, safety, and accessibility principles.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Bring over 15 years of expertise in transport planning within contexts of major development projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using transport modelling software and conducting traffic impact analyses.
• Experienced in leading coordination among diverse disciplines and actively engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regional and international transportation standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Professional accreditation or chartership is considered advantageous.
