Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and effective Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in US IT recruitment to join our team in Chennai. This full-time, onsite role requires immediate joiners who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for connecting skilled tech professionals with prime opportunities in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for US IT roles, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, various job portals, databases, and networking.
• Apply advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies to find top candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to qualify candidates.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of talent for present and future positions.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, account managers, clients, and partners to understand staffing needs.
• Organize interview schedules and ensure effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems or databases.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1 to 5 years of practical experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches.
• Solid understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment workflows.
• Familiarity with candidates including US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other authorized workers is advantageous.
• Fast learner with adaptability and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, attentive to detail, and able to work independently.
• Looking to establish a long-term career with growth opportunities.
• Preference for immediate joiners or those with minimal notice periods.
• Willing to work onsite in Chennai on night shifts aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• No options for remote or hybrid working available for this role.
