About the Role
This permanent position based in Hamilton, New Zealand, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an education system focused on delivering equitable and excellent outcomes for all students. The Senior Support Officer plays a crucial role in supporting various administrative and operational functions across the Waikato region. A full, valid driver's license is mandatory due to fleet vehicle management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide versatile operational support encompassing correspondence management, payroll processing, financial administration, records and data handling, scheduling, corporate services, and SharePoint maintenance.
- Coordinate financial processes, ensuring precise data accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
- Support fleet logistics to maintain efficient daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with teams to facilitate smooth workflows and positive outcomes for learners.

- Salary range is NZD 60,879 to 66,887 annually plus KiwiSaver contributions, with salary placement based on skills and experience.
