Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong standards for experiment design, analysis, and interpretation to promote consistent, well-informed decision-making.
  • Manage experimentation processes, including workshops, forums, and training sessions to boost quality and adoption.
  • Own and refine product metric frameworks that include primary, input, and safety metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to align anticipated and actual product impact using attribution techniques.
  • Partner with Data Science, MLOps, and Engineering to define measurement for AI-driven and algorithmic product features.
  • Influence product and commercial strategies by identifying opportunities, sizing impacts, and providing data-supported recommendations.
  • Conduct complex, high-value analyses delivering actionable insights grounded in business considerations.
  • Synthesize behavioural data, experimentation results, and commercial insights to guide strategic direction.
  • Build and implement scalable analytics solutions, frameworks, tools, and self-service capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to enhance technical skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across Product Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering groups.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated leadership in growing Product Analytics teams, with proven ability to scale influence and technical capacity.
  • Strong experience in product or business analytics within digital or e-commerce industries.
  • Expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting controlled experiments, with robust statistical understanding.
  • High-level analytical capabilities including proficient SQL skills and familiarity with Python or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Effective communicator adept at influencing senior stakeholders across diverse functional teams.
  • Experience building scalable and reusable analytics frameworks, tools, and self-service platforms.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing critical, high-impact investigations.

Employee Benefits and Culture

  • Competitive salary and bonus schemes, pension contributions, and generous staff discounts.
  • Comprehensive private healthcare (UK), mental health resources, and dog-friendly offices in London and the Netherlands.
  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid models (1-3 days onsite), generous time off with holidays and up to 20 days international work.
  • Opportunities for professional growth including learning budgets, coaching, and development programs.
