Role Overview

The Senior Facilities Executive role involves managing everyday facility operations to sustain a 99.9% uptime across all centers including Cult, FF, and other formats. This position demands prompt resolution of facilities-related tickets, enforcing systemized procedures, along with overseeing vendor collaborations to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery. It emphasizes operating within financial plans while pioneering cost-saving strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Facilities operations supporting centers to maintain near-perfect uptime (99.9%).
• Ensure quick and efficient closure of all facility-related support tickets raised by operations, audits, or quality teams through designated ticketing platforms.
• Implement structured processes and systems in the field to uphold continuous facility support adhering to budget constraints.
• Execute support services within allocated budgets and proactively pursue annual cost-saving initiatives by comparing budgeted versus actual expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships alongside assigned single points of contact to maintain 100% service availability, including developing contingency vendor options for emergencies.
• Identify and validate vendors capable of performing routine maintenance across centers.
• Conduct equipment and machinery testing in partnership with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and preventive upkeep to secure asset longevity and business continuity.
• Lead the planning and execution of renovation and facelift projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Perform quality assessments on workmanship and materials provided by vendors, identifying improvements and evaluating associated benefits.
• Maintain and distribute updated operational data and Management Information Systems (MIS) related to facilities such as inventory, preventive maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and budget monitoring by region.
• Supervise routine preventive maintenance checks to ensure seamless operation of all systems with zero downtime.
