Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply Program Manager to lead growth initiatives within the southern cluster. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking coupled with strong execution abilities to identify, assess, and implement new supply ventures that foster sustainable growth. This role oversees full lifecycle management of launching new centers, encompassing financial planning, supply sourcing, and coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive micro-market studies to pinpoint new expansion possibilities.
- Assess the feasibility by examining location factors, demographic trends, quality of life, and cost considerations.
- Monitor developing hubs, residential and commercial clusters, along with competitor activity.
- Manage end-to-end center opening operations with full accountability for Profit & Loss.
- Consistently meet targets across weekly to half-yearly intervals and maintain updated dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming facilities.
- Provide leadership with data-derived insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Perform frequent site evaluations to collect frontline intelligence and engage with venue owners, developers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee operational standards, proposing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development, program management, or expansion roles.
- Strong commercial insight with the capability to convert analytical data into practical business actions.
