Sales Manager - Education Loans

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the education loan sales team for a leading bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing teams in the education loan sector and will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives focused on education loans.
• Generate business by tapping into the open market and collaborating with channel partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, clients, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement to maximize conversions.
• Meet and exceed team sales and revenue goals.
• Conduct field operations and provide training to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in team leadership within the education loan domain.
• Maximum age limit of 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
• Willingness to work onsite in locations including Chennai, Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), and Coimbatore.
