Sales Manager - Education Loans

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee a team specializing in Education Loans. This role requires a dedicated individual to drive business growth by engaging with market channels and building strong partnerships with educational institutions and direct selling agents (DSAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Sales Executives focused on Education Loans.
• Expand Education Loan business through open market strategies and collaborations with channel partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, clients, and DSAs to enhance business opportunities.
• Manage the entire loan process from lead generation to successful disbursement.
• Achieve established sales and revenue goals for the team.
• Organize field activities and provide training sessions to team members for skill development.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Any Graduate degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership within the Education Loans sector.
• Maximum age limit of 45 years as of January 1, 2026.

Locations

Opportunities available in Ernakulam, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram.
