Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, your focus will be on helping customers find the right solution and ensuring they leave with a positive in-store experience. The products are important, but the customer experience and specialist advice are what set the business apart.

Working Hours

• Wednesday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 4:00pm

Key Duties

• Promote and sell a broad range of technology products.
• Develop positive customer relationships and assist with questions or concerns.
• Keep the retail environment tidy, attractive, and easy to shop in.
• Work with colleagues to meet daily goals and maintain a strong team atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys sales and is either already experienced in selling or keen to begin a sales career from a customer-facing role. You should be a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, strong people skills, and a habit of putting the customer first.
