Each year, we secure approximately 100,000 rail construction sites using advanced technology, and we also support railway projects with materials transport services. Nationwide, seven branches with 36 regional service areas manage the upkeep of about 60,000 kilometers of rail tracks.

Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Safety Supervisor for construction site security (w/m/d) to join our team at DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH located in Cottbus or Frankfurt (Oder).
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and ensure smooth implementation of safety measures at our construction sites.
- Guarantee the safety of all personnel within the track area and provide warnings about approaching trains.
- Train new safety personnel (Sicherungsposten) and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Act as a liaison with various operational interfaces, including safety monitoring and construction management, fostering close collaboration.
- Ensure careful and proper use of signal and warning systems.
Candidate Profile
- Completed qualification as a Safety Supervisor Level 2 / Sakra (not §34a GewO); please include a copy of your qualification certificate with your application.
- Comfortable working outdoors in fresh air conditions.
- Proficient communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
- Flexible with willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and at changing locations.
- A class B driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable but not mandatory.
