Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms adhering to hotel standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to all established guidelines regarding health, safety, and correct handling of chemicals used in housekeeping.
• Oversee linen, uniform, and inventory management, guaranteeing stock levels meet operational needs.
• Handle lost and found items efficiently while keeping precise documentation.
• Reduce waste of linen, amenities, and other housekeeping resources.
• Enhance hotel security by reporting any incidents or suspicious behavior promptly.
• Attend to VIP guests’ needs and special requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of housekeeping equipment.
• Inform management immediately about room damages, losses, and maintenance concerns.
• Collect room service trays and accurately update room status in the system.
• Notify housekeeping management about unusual occurrences such as prolonged Do Not Disturb status or guests sleeping out.
