About the Role and Company
Join Inizio Engage, a strategic healthcare engagement partner with a collaborative global team supporting a leading biotechnology company across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs sectors. This remote position involves representing clients via inbound and outbound calls while coaching a team of Healthcare Communicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold high-quality standards for client programs by following scripts and guidelines meticulously.
- Accurately gather and record required information in designated program databases.
- Demonstrate strong communication and tele-management capabilities, engaging with callers empathetically and helping them understand medical terminology as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain adaptability to support various departmental duties, including administrative and non-call tasks.
- Ensure patient privacy by complying with HIPAA privacy and security rules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficiency in using a computer mouse and keyboard.
- A friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office environment free from distractions.
Working Hours and Compensation
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The hourly wage is $19.50, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and organizational factors.
