Remote Contact Center Representative

About the Role

Join Inizio Engage in partnership with a premier Biotechnology client focusing on Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs operations. This position involves engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls to consumers and healthcare providers. Additionally, it includes coaching a team of Healthcare Communicators. Exceptional customer service capabilities will directly influence both Inizio and its client’s success.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Hourly Salary: $19.50

Responsibilities

• Uphold high-quality standards across all assigned client programs by adhering strictly to established scripts and guidelines.
• Gather accurate data as required by specific programs and enter it meticulously into designated databases.
• Demonstrate proficient communication and tele-management skills during conversations.
• Engage callers empathetically, assisting them in comprehending medical terminology when necessary.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with robust organizational skills.
• Comply with all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Show adaptability by taking on administrative and non-telecommunication tasks as needed to optimize department efficiency.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules diligently.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills.
• Proficient with using computer input devices such as keyboard and mouse.
• Possess a professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Have reliable, high-speed internet available at home.
• Maintain a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: Base rate of $19.50 per hour, with final salary influenced by experience, expertise, equity, and business considerations.
