Role Overview
This position focuses on managing a North India portfolio across NBFC, MFI, and Capital Markets clients, covering both asset and liability businesses. The role also includes driving fee-based income for the AD/FFMC segment in the North Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the North India portfolio for NBFC, MFI, and Capital Markets segments, including both lending and liability activities.
- Drive fee income and lending opportunities within the listed IFI segments.
- Lead a team of three people and support them with CAM preparation, finalization, and day-to-day operational work.
- Work with the risk team to close credit proposals and take them to the relevant approval committees.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and transaction execution so that client servicing remains smooth and timely.
- Develop and maintain liability relationships with clients, including CMS and digital banking solutions.
- Work with internal auditors to close observations raised during audits for the covered segments.
