Role Overview
avua is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for an on-site role in India. The position focuses on end-to-end hiring, client management, and business development within a target-driven recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and interview applicants for open roles.
- Develop trusted working relationships with both hiring managers and job seekers.
- Run the recruitment process from the initial job discussion through to offer acceptance.
- Help expand the client base by pursuing fresh business opportunities.
- Create and publish job advertisements on suitable channels.
- Carry out market research and identify potential talent pipelines.
- Handle salary discussions, contract negotiations, and business terms.
- Keep candidate and client information up to date in CRM tools.

Requirements
- At least 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales.
